After all, they're just mechanical versions of the real thing — though make sure that anything you introduce into the vagina is clean before you use it. But avoid blowing into the vagina during pregnancy, since it can lead to an air embolism when an air bubble enters a vein or artery and blocks it, which can cause a heart attack, stroke or respiratory failure.
