Actor Eric Dane, most famous for his role as dishy Dr. Dane, aka the lady-killing McSteamy of Seattle Grace's medical staff, reportedly appears in the saucy tape with his wife of three years,. The steamy tryst was reportedly filmed a couple of years ago and started floating around online yesterday, courtesy of website Gawker. The website published an edited version of what's believed to be a minute original video of the naked trio goofing around, pimping porn names, lathering up in a bathtub and talking about rubber duckies. Editing aside, you can bet your bottom dollar it'll only be a matter of time before the uncensored version, if indeed there is one, hits the web in all its flesh-flashing glory. And before you ask, no, we won't be linking to the naughtiness here - we rather like being employed and, besides, it's not like we haven't seen and heard it all before.

Gawker limits liability in 'McSteamy' threesome case
A threesome is hot enough. A threesome with lawyers is downright dirty. Most importantly, the judge ruled that Dane and Gayheart can't recover statutory damages or attorney's fees because they registered the tape with the U. Copyright Office after the alleged infringement. The ruling doesn't foreclose the possibility that the gossip website will be enjoined from distributing the sex tape which is still available on the site or ordered to pay actual damages.

Grey's McSteamy in nude tape scandal
A video showing Grey's Anatomy star Eric Dane, his wife Rebecca Gayheart and another woman in apparently compromising positions is ancient history and had better not be used for commercial purposes, says an attorney for the married couple. Read the original story: McSteamy in threesome sex tape. In a statement released last night, the actor's lawyer, Marty Singer, said of the tape being widely discussed and shown over the Internet: "This is simply a private, consensual moment involving a married couple, shot several years ago, which was never intended to be seen by the public. The statement continues: "Although the participants are nude, the tape is not a sex tape. It is a private tape made for only my clients' personal use, and nobody has the right to exploit it.

The video, leaked to the Internet, shows the three romping around naked and at times barely coherent. But the couple is still steamed that their private escapades became very, very public, and the two have now filed a lawsuit against Gawker. Filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Thursday, the naughty couple claims in the document that the Web site "went on to maliciously distribute an uncensored copy of the video, gratuitously including nude shots" and refused to comply with a cease and desist order.
